Switched out the Cat lever for a used 2017 Polaris Switchback Assault 800 lever. Feels nicer than stock. The only issue I had was that the stock rubber cover no longer fits at the bolt because the Polaris lever is larger around the bolt area. I’ll have to see if Polaris sells it.

Update: Dosen’t apprear that Polaris sells a rubber bolt cover.

Is it a "2 finger" size lever? I love the 2 finger lever on my Phazer and hate the full hand lever on my Viper.

My parking brake will not work with the Polaris brake lever but I never use the parking brake anyways, love the feel of the Polaris brake lever.

Why won’t it work? I works on my LTX with the Polaris lever.

I had to trim my parking brake just a bit. It was super hard to engage it. But with a bit of massaging (using some sandpaper) I got it to engage nicely.

The Polaris parking brake actually engages easier than stock on my sled. Maybe I need to bleed my brakes.
