Oil tank in Place i had to move it closer to the Engine to be able to Close the sidepanel

I had to cut the sidepanel around the brake caliper, i have to make something for that hole.

ASA shocks in Place.

Started on a plenum to se the clearance to the steering post.

Found a really Cheap track, i know the Mavericks reputation but atleast i have something to start with.
Whats your recomendation on this track ? cut down the lugs, turn i t backwards ?

I have run mine backwards, but the lugs just bend back the other way. I would cut the lugs to 1.75 to make it stiffer. I no longer run that track.

Some pics from when i assembled my ASA shocks.

some of the parts.

Chrome moly inserts.

Membrane that separates the oil and nitrogen.

Membrane in Place.

The only two parts on the end of the shaft, a steel cone and a plastic cone.

a "top out" spring is installed. the spring will dampen when the shock tops out for example when jumping.

ready for oil and nitrogen, the big "nut" on the left is backed out 2 revolutions when installed and that makes it possible to turn it in and get a harder shock.

Filling Nitrogen.

My original plan was to remove the entire skidplate to change oil filter.
But since the lower side plastic will be riveted into it and would have to be removed i decided to make a smaller opening just below the oil filter.

Installing Hyfax on the Assault skid.

Some modification of the fiberglass sidepanels

Had to cut the molding of the fastener.

Modification of Catch tank.

25mm aluminum tube welded in place

an air filter on the tube..

I bought one more drive shaft that i will use for my MTX drivers.

And i got hold of the protector for the speed sensor.
