Pro Rmk front on Nytro...

The Catch tank will be mounted in the front.

The oil tank vent. hose will be routed up to the steering and down to the Catch tank.

I bought the Arctic Cat brake really cheap so i was curious to se if it worked, so i had to mount and bleed it, it worked.

I really want to get rid of the stock throttle housing but it have to wait, i got so much other stuff that i have to buy right now just to get i t running.

Locally, "Blocket" you know.
I was lucky to find a banjo bolt that fitted in my box with Harley Davidsson parts from when i built my bike.
I also mounted the brake line "upside down" and made a 90 degree bend on the "tube part" so it wont Point straight down from the master cylinder.

It will work with stock lever, but i need some more adjustement.

Mounted the relays.

Did some more grinding and filled it with black gelcoat.

Drilled and tapped for a Cable holder from the speed sensor

Did some sanding and polishing, in some spots i overdid it but its ok this will be a good finish for whats to come.

Made a bracket for the Catch tank.

Catch tank, ECU and voltage regulator mounted, this will come off again when i start on the steering.

Clearance to the hood..

Why not just run the catch can line in a loop to just lower than the oil tank and then back up just higher than it? This way in the evet of a rollover you will lose minimal oil? The way you have it now I would assume that the entire line would fill with oil if the sled was upsidedown

And where is that throttle block from?

Do the stock venting empy the whole oiltank if its upside down ?
i will consider it but i need a more flexible hose if im going to do that.

Its a Powermadd throttle block.
I need more adjustement on the cable, with every adjuster to max i still have a bit to muck slack.
I will make a adapter or use an adjuster like whats on a bicycle brakelever.

Got some parts.

Fuel rail adapter in Place.

The bearing for the steering.

Welded on a piece of steel plate.

Finding position.

Welded in place

You disconnect t.o.r.s system or do you have some patent on that? It is good system when working. Friend of mine borrowed my subframe and assembled it back, but my throttle cable was routed bad way and with first rides I rode around my house, all was good before I turned all right and then...

Luckily that system worked and revs just didnt get high enough.

I will disconnect and use a tether. But i will use the stock throttle assembly untill its started and tested. I dont want to start modifying the electrical to much until know it runs.
