I will just buy them locally in regular steel since it will replaced later with the Turbo stuff.
Im thinking of a Malpassi fuel pressure regulator, i will try to visit MCX tomorrow and buy from them.

Visited McXpress and got me some exhaust bends, a Fuel pressure regulator the correct turbo flange and a fuel pump.

Then i finished the adapter for the throttle block and polished it.

I have been cleaning the garage and installing all the plastics to make it ready for the wrap but i has been delayed so it looks like finally it will be here tomorrow.
after thats installed i will get back to the exhaust.

And i took my first Little test ride just outside the house in the dark with no headlight and with the battery and gas tank held in Place with duct tape, but it was a great feeling.

The Wrap

Fasteners for the side panel.

Did some work on the exhaust

Its tight, on this pic. the muffler touches the side panel so i have to move it closer to the Engine.

SD:

1. Sled awesome.
2. Please send pictures of your header....gotta see what you did.
3. Do I see a Polaris skid hanging up on your wall?????? Why you not install???
4. Did I say your sled is awesome.

Super Great job, I hope it rips just the way you want.

1: Thanks !

2: Pics

Its not optimal in any way but it will replaced with a turbo after the season.

3: Its a Polaris 2012 Assault 155 skid with 250km on it (almost new) and it will be installed but i need some parts first (offset axle with 9" Wheels, different gearing, tunnel extension) and my main priority right now when it comes to time and money is to get it up and running.

Kennyspec : Good skid ? it depends on what you want the Lynx PPS thats on right now is a really good jump and bump eater.

And this Winter is an all time low when it comes to snow so im in no hurry to get the long track on.

4: I Think you may have said it Before, Thanks ;)!

The sled will be on display at a snowmobile event February 1 here locally, so that is one of the reason i was in a hurry with the Wrap.

Exhaust done !

Put some header wrap on the ignition coils.

Some heat protection on the gas tank.

Tomorrow i hope i get the fuel system, gas tank and battery holder finished.

Idk if you are gonna bolt the skid in stock nytro location but if you arebyou should get 8" wheels with the offset the 9" with the offset is to big I know from experience.

Tell me more, whats the problem with 9" ?
im mounting it in stock mtx position and read the 9" was the way to go.

9" on the stock axle fit fine but they hang lower than the skid rails I have been running mine this way all season without issues but its not quite right. But when you add the offset axle in with the 9" wheels it pushes the wheels back and up further and you will never be able to get the 162 track on. Atleast that was the issue with my sled when I put the rmk skid in stock nytro locations. I am hoping my track will end up stretching enough for me to get that axle in eventually. Cuz I bought the axle not knowing I wasnt gonna have room to fit it in.
