Today I started to mount soem of the powder coated things

Rivetts ready

Then I started with the fronsuspension

Lining upp the stearing

I did also test my new "homemade" skihook

Then I did finnish one part of the vent kit

Today I did start up the sled for the first time since it had been apart. I did also mount some more stuff on the front.

You machine those rails yourself?

A lot of little details that required a lot of work will pay off! Looks very very cool!

The rails: I did the design and the my friend did cut them with waterjet and then he did also weld it to the original rail...and then some powder coat on that
