Guys,

I was checking my offset with the Hurricane tool and noticed something that doesn't look right. Are there supposed to washers between the helix and the secondary on the studs? It doesn't look like they should be there but the previous owner may have put them in. Any Idea why someone might do that?

OK When I tighten up the helix without them it's putting a lot of pressure on the rollers. Is that normal
?

Took my secondary off to clean it up and to change my Helix back to a straight 35 verses the 33/35. I did not notice this when I changed the stock secondary spring to the Dalton Black/ Orange. Updated version so was set at 6-2. Anybody come across this on there secondary clutch? I never blew a belt yet with this sled. Is that going to be a problem do i need a new secondary?

I noticed the same on my helix while I was servicing the clutch. Called Dalton and was told that it's a normal thing and not to worry.
