Hey all! Scooter 1s secretary here. Silver Lake is 500 miles from our house (ugh!) It says an 8 1/2 hour trip. Just for information purposes...June will not work out for us. There is to much going on. July would work better. Just thought I better throw my two cents worth in while everyone else was throwing their change in

That weekend is bad for us, we already have plans.
what we are looking at is the end of July for the official campout. Gravedigger is looking into place for us to stay that would be a little better than the campgrounds. He is going to let us know what he finds out and when is the best weekend availability.

We need to start getting a date set in stone so we can get some reservations made before it is too late.
Gravedigger is helping out tremendously with this process! he and his family are frequent visitors to the area and are doing lots of research to get a place that can accomidate all of us. Thanks Brian! We appreciate the help!
So, on to the dates thing. Jen just checked at her work and her co-workers already have everything after july 13th booked. So if we are going to make this it is going to have to be before july 13th or Jen can drive up after work on friday and head back home on sunday. hmmmmm........ lol... joking!
what do you guys think about the July 10-11 weekend? either friday before or monday after?
This is only a Feeler thread for right now looking for ideas!
What are your thoughts? everyone throw the best date out for them.
