Snow doesn't stick to it like it does to aluminum.

I am also very interested in this...
3-UP
Extreme
For people who have open style boards doesn't the snow and slush fly up through the boards?

If you make a set for a Phazer would you be able to get the UHMW in different colors?
Thanks, G.B.

Sorry, just black. It works best.
I will jump on this also. I dont have the snow issue but my stock boards need every rivet replaced. The boards are just bagged out and flex like wings now. Especially at the rear. Can you incorporate the small piece at rear also? These look to be stronger and better design than stock. Any cost estimate?

Not sure yet about the small piece in the rear. Gonna grab a Phazer so I can get to work. Price.....between $220 and $240 probably.
Incorporate the rear small piece and you just made a sale. Let me know soon I have it all apart right now and need to do something before the Viper comes in.

Just picked a Phazer today. Time to get to work. Incorporating the rear kick up looks doable. Do you wanted it vented or solid?
I would say vent that too since it can hold snow also. Awesome!

What's behind that spot (underneath)? Is it the solid steel drop bracket brace?
Yes

From the steel brackets forward, the MTX and shorty are the same. Same running board, tunnel, etc.

Tore into the Phazer today. These boards are going to turn out nice! The rear kickup will be part of them as well.
