Spring tear down

Getting my clutches machined at Hurricane performance very soon. But before I take them there I would like to get my machinist to clean up bosses and witness lines and remove the inside where the stock belt adjuster bosses are because I use the Thunder products belt adjuster,just to clean it up and lighten it up a bit. What are your thoughts? Thanks

Anyone worrying about belt exploding in there Turbo Viper or Sidewinders Dave at Hurricane Performance has very nice underbelly belt guard. A little trimming for the SrViper only.
