Cold with the temps right now? Or minus 15-20? I think that will be the true test. Mine starts instantly right now, but I'd still like to see how it starts at -20...

I'm not going to flash my 2015 LTX Viper...it always starts with less than a second of cranking and it idles pretty darn smooth. It's also has never kicked back. There has to be something other than the ECU mapping that is making others Vipers start and idle poorly..

Is the flash for the 2016 old motors only or does it include the new motor with the junk rods? I called yamaha usa on wed and they said my sled has no updates or recalls.

Does yamaha canada list if all 2016 models need the flash or just those with the 2016 old motors?

I'm pretty sure it is for all 2016s. New and old style engine.

No there is only the first start of the day that take 2 attempts

OK I could live with that even though thats still really lame. Have to get out early to beat rest of guys starting sleds though to avoid embarrassment!
