Staying in riding shape?

Couple of track days on this beast is enough to stay in shape during the summer...

I went to see their factory this summer (a mate used to be a professional road race cyclist and just got some kind of $20.000 model). Simply amazing. Formula One level technology and materials all over the place...! ;)!

I use farming as my workout plan, plus I'm 22 and I can recover pretty fast from the bumps and brusies!

I'm also into the farming to stay in shape, 24 this year, looking for an XTX for this season rode two sleds last year, 04 gade 600 sdi and 07 summit 800r x 144, sick sled but i was scared to blow it up lol.

I also ride my jet ski, polaris 96 sl780, just rebuilt last winter, does about 54mph top end, not bad few upgrades ride plate, removed the oil injection aswell with an aftermarket impellar.

I lift weights 4x a week year 'round, ride quad, & waverunner in the warm weather to stay active.

Workin' decent so far I guess. Early 30's & haven't got dunlop syndrome or a dickie-do award yet.

Havn't even thought of the mountain bike route very good ;)! What would be a good starter bike that won't break the bank????? Looks like a spring time investment. As for me, I'm on my second round of p 90x. I too like the beer and food soi'm not getting crazy riped. the plyo is INSANE for sledding ! Definately a ton faster, lighter, quicker. bring on the snow

A very interesting post. With all of the buzz in weight reduction on sleds nowadays, you would think that advertising would encourage this more. I've been cutting lawns ( 3 1/2 hours a week) with a push mower for 14 years just to save for my new snowmobile. In addition, I also try and run 1 time a week and also lift weights once or twice a week. But I hurt my lower back recently while lifting topsoil so my regular routine has been postponed for more than a month. Hope to be back in the swing of things shortly. Fitness helps me with my riding.
