Young Riders

Nice to see some 22 and 24 year olds picking up the torch. Have to keep sledding a growing sport ....working out helps prolong it. weights and running!

Also 24, my group is mostly little bit older and it is good to see some young people out riding. I know a lot of people who have gotten out of it that i used to ride with.

I use farming as my workout plan, plus I'm 22 and I can recover pretty fast from the bumps and brusies!

I work construction all summer, save my pennies and take layoff all winter. Then become a farmer/snowmobiler until that horrible phone call in the spring when the old boss calls... its always a sad day.

I do not know if you have already tried this, but If you are looking for a serious weight loss, the best diet must be to drink massive amounts of really cold beer and eat only ice cream. The energy withdrawn from your body just to bring the beer and ice cream back to normal body temperature must make you slim in no time. No...?

Yeah, if it only worked that way it would be some nice !

Basically, this is how it goes : if it tastes good, it's no good for you !

Sucks, but it's the truth.

Try building fence 12 hours a day 6 days a week for the whole summer. Loosing 55 lbs off my fat a$$, and about 20 off of the sled, should make riding a different game this year. Maxdlx

Nice Chumba, I ride alot and also own a Fitness/Bicycle Store. This summer my Son and I rode at least 2 times a week. Here are some pics of my bikes. The second one is full carbon fiber ,they both have Fox Shocks front and rear. Can't wait till next summer going to be riding a 29er.
