Still have a couple finishing touches but it's pretty much there.

That is an unbelievable looking sled. I love the color scheme, haven't seen one like it before.

Finally passed the 3,000 mile mark and just can't get this thing to quit running. Burned through 10 gallons in 55 miles Sunday, the snow was DEEP! That is the worst gas mileage I've ever gotten out of this thing.
Shattered another headlight trying to imitate Dan Adams...
Ordering the Mountain Fit headlight delete in the morning, I'm not even going to bother with a headlight anymore, waste of $$$.
Ended up missing the stock bar hooks so I cut my Fly bars down 1" on each end and added hooks. I think I'm going to modify my brake lever a little more(to move it in further) and cut another 1/2"-3/4" off the bars, they're still a little wide.
I shaved 1/2" off the keels of my C&A XT skis to make them less aggressive. They handle better and have less steering effort now.
The Gunnar tether is crap. I got it to work properly but it's wearing out and won't function now if it gets any snow in it all. Ordered a cat tether tonight to use until the OFT one is available...hint...hint
The sled is pretty much set up perfect now, I really haven't had to do anything to it except minor adjustments. I need to get some dual rate springs for the Expert-X which I'm going to try and find tomorrow. I'd also like to delete the radiator but I I'm not sure what I want to do for a cooler.. Anyway, just thought I'd update the thread, we're finally getting some good snow so hopefully we can hit the jumps soon. I also got a new camera so I'll take a few pics of the changes made to the sled, I'm finding myself doing tedious modifications just out of boredom.
