Summer build

I decided today to really clean up the electrical. The stuff I'm deleting(TORS, killswitch, tail light, brake light) I'm going to take out way back in the harness by the clutch. The handwarmer will also be moved over there and the connectors for the handwarmer/thumbwarmer switch and headlight are getting re-routed right to the toggle switches. Here's a pic, I'll take another one tomorrow with the main harness open.

Toggle switches. Left one is the hand/thumb warmer switch and the right one is the headlight.

Got all the plastics on tonight, sled looks killer. Its not finished but ready enough for our winter rec show. I will continue on with the wiring and final touches next week. Will get pics up soon.

Got one side mostly done

And I thought the rest of the sled was time consuming, lol.

Don't lose faith now Caleb! We're all pulling for you. ;)!

Anxiously awaiting the final assembly!!!

BTW, I likey the black one on there better.

I threw some oil in the sled and fired it up real quick to make sure everything worked. I wanted to do this before I wrapped everything and had the radiator back in(in case I had a bad splice somewhere). Toggle switches work good, I can cycle through the handwarmer settings like normal. Just have to wrap it all nice, put the radiator back in and put some stickers on

Well, heres a few pics of the somewhat done sled. Still waiting on a few things but this will give you an idea of what it will look like when its done. Hope you like it.

Hyflyr and Nikolai - thanks for all the nice pictures you guys have shared with the rest of us during the long summer months

My favorite part has been the tunnel built - that tunnel will withstand some serious abuse under boost - impressive.

Both sleds are amazing. - love the colour combo - that grenade over the turbo area puts it over the top - LOL :bling :bling :bling :bling

BOOST ON - RIDE SAFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I´m impressed as well, the colour combo looked a bit off in the beginning before it was put together-but wen the sled was assembled it is absolutely awesome!

Well done, you get five out of five grenades from me!!

Beautiful piece of work...
