Lonn mentioned a new batch of covers are on their way and thanks everyone for purchasing covers
I'll be looking at one for next season. Want to get my Big Venom kit and PCV dialed in before making another change. Thanks for keeping us informed.

I have a kit that turns the older 911 cover into the new adjustable cover if some one wants one. $45 shipped.

Installing one of these covers on a viper does the clutch have to be balanced

No. Clutch is balanced from Yamaha and cover is balanced from machining. Your good to go.Installing one of these covers on a viper does the clutch have to be balanced

I was told this is the incorrect way to install it. I was told to set the belt adjuster then torque the primary bolt any truth to that?Video for anyone who is thinking or have bought a 911 cover from Thunder Products. You do not have to remove your belt or primary to add this cover.

Brian, Whoever said to adjust the belt adjuster before torquing the main bolt.....is wrong.
Here is why.... If you adjust the dial for the belt to sheave clearance "before" you torque the main bolt, the dial may or will be in too far causing the aluminum dial to strip the threads. This will happen when the moveable sheave hits the belt and puts pressure to the 911 cover and the aluminum dial adjust
