So Lonn is out of those small washers that go on the backside of the secondary. Any idea where to get these? I also told him to post your instructional video on his website, I only saw the one showing the low engagement while driving on pavement. Thanks again for all your help! I'm having so much fun working on this sled! You betcha

Lonn mentioned they were a specific Size but I didn't get a part number from him. Sadly, I have no local dealer as I'm stuck in Illinois and drive 7 hours to do my riding....Try your local dealer

If you have a Fastenal or hardware store they should have something that will work. Otherwise give me a call and we can get you what you need.

You are very welcome Vilas! Glad to help out
I have to call Lonn today and inform him to get the videos posted to his site He has them, probably crazy busy....LOL
Like DranttelSS mentioned, you can get them at a dealer or you can do like bleedy mentioned, take your bolt out, bring the washer and the bolt to your local hardware store and find 3 washers that are about the same thickness that fit on the bolt. Should be roughly .050" thick. Purchase 3 washers and then place that washer on the bolts followed by the original washer. Your setup should be bolt + 1 hardware store washer + stock washer and then screwed back into the secondary. Total of 2 washers per bolt. (I put the hardware washer on first cause sometimes the hardware washer can be a slightly bigger diameter and rub the area close to the bolt or bind) Just an FYI

Great suggestion thank you very much. I spoke with Lonn on the phone the other day because I had a questions and I did tell him about the instructional video and he said he'd look into it. When you click on the Big Venom kit, you only see the one video and I think both should be on there. Your instructional video was spot on and it made the install super easy! You are very welcome Vilas! Glad to help out
