Hey Jeff,
Any thoughts of becoming an advertiser here, I would think you would do quite well as there seems to be alot of guys with intrest in your suspensions. After I get my ZX2 that will be the second suspension I have from you guys. I'm very excited about the ZX2!

LOL...Yes I do. I love that skid. In the other thread I read where you said if a sled is running over 240hp, we should stick with the expert. So, that's what I am going to do. I really like the looks of the expert and the approach angle really gets me ontop of the deep snow fast and keeps me there.

There are some videos over on ( dare I say it) Doo Talk in the Mach Z section. The are not great but the do show how the skid transfers off a small bump and some rough trail riding.

Jeff, are the bearings in the wheels replaceable or do you have to replace the entire wheel ? Also, does the warranty cover enlongation or wear of bolt holes or wear at pivot points since there are no replaceable bushings in this suspension ? Do you have any pictures of the 136" and longer suspensions or extensions ?

I believe the skid bearings are the standard 6203? bearing found in most skid wheels. Anyway they are availible at any skidoo dealer

RoadRunner,
For the wear of the bolts hole and ''bushing'' :
There is a aluminium hard point press in the suspension that is twice the width of your regular suspension.so there sould be no problem there.
It is the same for the shaft and there support, there are bigger and wider. so no problem with this section !!!
You got to trust me !!!

we start shipping in august for those who where quick to order.
if you order now, we will ship in mid september.that is where we are book for now.
Make sure you pre-book because we are not a distributor. so we won't stock the ZX-2 in big quantity. We can't stock 1000 suspensions so make sure you reserve your's because you may not have one next winter !!!
