Tunnel bag 1/4 turn fastener

I tried searching but can come up with a answer. I bought this tunnel bag and it has plastic 1/4 turn knobs. I can not find the part that mount to the tunnel. Lol. Do they sell them separately?

Go without them and just get some longer screws with lock nuts & fender washers. I don't trust the 1/4 turn fasteners anyway. Mine has all the pieces but I bought longer screws with lock nuts & fender washers to bolt them through the tunnel. This way the bag CAN'T come off. I had heard stories of a couple people that had the 1/4 turn fastener come loose and lose their bag on the trail.

I just got that bag from Blevis , and the parts you are missing should be in the plastic bag with the instructions .
