BOV vents to atmosphere.
Diverter Valve recycles.
Bov sounds cool but what i understand "and i could be wrong" it looses performance and runs richer.

Tommcat performance.com has them, they work no loss, I like that price above, would like to know if that one will work, looks the same as TCAT.

That’s the one I bought and used. Exact same as all the vendors sell. Works like it should.

You can do either and your sled will run the same. These sleds are speed density, the air is not metered going into the engine so you can use the stock style to be quieter or vent to atmosphere and it will run the same.

Do you need the 3 map sensor for the Turbo Smart BOV with the stage 3 tune from Precesion EFI?

No. PEFI Stage 3 uses stock 2 bar. Stage 3R & 4 need 3 bar.

thanks again Turboflash. You have been a huge help. Just finishing up so late mods. Very little snow here. This year I added the jaws/precision variable trail exhaust, belly guard and the turbosmart bov. Can't wait to try it out.
Was considering opening the chain case to have a peek at the top gear on my 2018 xtx. Just ordered the Stryke skis too. This sled should be dialed in if we ever get some snow!
