sled is getting ready to have its tunnel pulled off for the new diamond s one

I managed to sneak away from the house and yard work for an hour and maybe a few and the progress seemed to go smooth

All that is missing is the new tunnel, I really hope that it shows up late next week or the monday the week after, I will be off to Vancouver for the weekend. No progress or shop time that weekend.... However when the tunnel shows up I still need to wrap the tunnel and get the foot holds ceramic coated, should be able to do that after hours this week... just takes time to sand blast and prep it all for coating... in the mean time...................................................

Just got a eight cell ballistic battery! I can't wait to get it in and the old ytx20 out. Still waiting on the tunnel and the time to put a few more Picts

Things have slowed down on the build... waiting on the tunnel BUT it is on the road and i cant wait to get it! So in the mean time, installed the team roller clutch, ballistic battery, changed the gearing to 22/40, took the fins of the brake rotor, shaved another head with some porting.... not sure what machine to put this head on but i will find one. I took 20 thou off again... I am waiting for the hindle pipe to get here so i can match the header to the exhaust port size

TUNNEL ARRIVED!

Well it looks like I am on the home stretch, all the parts are now here and things can start to move forward
I cant thank the guys enough at DIAMOND S for the tunnel and jetskidetailing for the decal kit both worked out just like i expected!
