Yes it is. I have removed compression clamp and replaced with screw type but no luck srill seaping.
I do feel a ridge on aluminum tube. That crimp clamp seams to have really crushed into rubber.

I removed lower oil filter plate. This did make seeing it easier. Deff leaking pretty bad. I might have to wrestle a new hose in there
Yes. Just be sure it’s not actually coming from other side of hose and running to the side you double clamped. The original worm clamp side has leaked for many of us.

Ok ty. Whats the fix for other side if it was?
Other side I just trimmed a little and flipped the hose clamp to a position that was easier to get at.

Ok im gonna order a new hose. Is it a pain to do goin from underside. I assume you removed to trim. Did coolant flow everywehere?

It was a pain to remove old hose. No idea how im gonna get other one in. Waitin on hose
I believe a bolt holds the metal tube in place. Remove it so you can get the rubber one on.

Fill it at the radiator cap. Mine took about 1/2gallon and never needed any burping.

Hose should be here tomorrow. Did u change yours from top removing headers or did u go through bottom like im planning. Not sure if its gonna work.
