It was a beautiful sunny day, and all the racers and spectators had a great time! I couldn't believe the amount of sleds that showed up.

The organization that put this on once again did a great job! They groomed the 2 feet of snow every 30 passes or so to make it an even playing field. I had to work so I did not get there till alomost noon and the fastest passes were made in the morning, from what they tell me.

My first pass was good enough to give me 1st in the 801cc and up modified class, and fastest mph of the day! Woo Hoo! Got a little worried when I saw a 1200 D&D Cat fly down the radar run and thought that he took over 1st place, but found out he ran 1 mph under my top mph. Whew!

These are the classes that all of my close friends running our Yamahas placed (to the best of my knowledge).

1st place and top mph
801cc and up Modified - Terry Burmeister (Attak with nitrous, Hauck fuel programmer, Ulmer Racing Stage 2 setup, and gauge pod mod.)

1st place
801cc and up stock - Jesse Mathias (40th anniversary Apex with clutching and gutted stock exhaust)
2nd place Tyler Mecha (2008 Nytro RTX with NOS-PRO's clutching)

1st place
701cc to 800cc modified - Todd Wiltman (Skinner's 2001 SRX with clutching and exhaust can)

1st place
701cc to 800cc stock - no name (2000 SRX)

Thanks to Totallyamaha, Ulmer Racing, Holtzman Engineering, E-Z Off Slide Guides, Port Yamaha, TA Motorsports, Anshutz Motorsports, Wahl Bros. Racing, Maximum Velocity Racing, Rockmeister Hand Warmers, and to everyone that put on this great event.

Thanks Guys!

This site rocks!

Wish you would have come Ryan, haven't seen you in awhile!

Don, it was 2 feet of snow groomed and very soft! 86mph took the event with my Attak.
1200 D&D cat ran 85mph
Apex with clutching and gutted exhaust ran 84mph
Nytro ran 79mph
SRX ran 79mph

Great results :)
