$650 for a set of wheels, i use about 2 sets of runners a year so that are about $80 each. 650/80=8 so you could buy 8 sets of runners for about the same price, thats 4 years of runners, assuming that with normal trail riding one set of runners would last 4 years? still seems like its a little...
I dont know about the lake but i was in Kokadjo last weekend before we got this snow last night. I came from millinocket got on the trail right near millinocket lake ITS 85 and took that all the way into kokadjo. The trails were great up till about 3miles from kokadjo, they started to get thin...
I had the angled backers and they are great, unless you want to stop. If I do it again I would mix in about 1/3 regular backers or spin around some of the angled ones to help with stopping
I'm not surprised one bit, I just came in to the nytro talk area to see if this had happened to anyone else, my buddies girlfriend had the same thing happen, she was headed down the trail and there were two rocks staggered that you had to make an s turn through and she was going about 10mph and...
Just a thought but i would think that Yamaha would have fused the grip circuit so even if you do overload the circuit the fuse should blow before you damage the ecu, I'm not saying this is the case but i think I’m going to take a look at my sled
I wish I had read about that nut trick about 3 days ago, I had to figure that one out on my own! Take one bolt out other one spins, put back and take out the second first one spins.... 20min later both bolts out and back in about 15 times before I had both out at the same time when I finally...
seems like this is a popular sled for first buys, this is my first one too. Started out on my dad's 79 or 89 AC Jag (old) then he got a 98 AC z440 and buzzed around on that untill 06...
im looking into a track change and like the idea of tipped rails. i have this dream of moving my skid back to get a better angle and keep the 136 foot print for on-trail riding and run a 144 track. dont know if it can be done but i would like to find out.
Should add attak to the list, i bent my tunnel. I dont jump much and when i do its small, i hit a dip in the trail that launched me at 80mph and tossed me off the sled over the handle bars sled landed on its skis and track and i landed on the trail next to it, managed to bend it even without my...
just my opinion but it doesent matter if you can go 110mph and your buddy with the same sled can only go 100mph because he studded if you cant stop when you get to the end of the lake or make the icey corner. but some one once told me that every x pounds of studs is aprox x mph slower, i dont...
I tryed them on my powderhounds and tryed them with out, i like how they run with out better, better bite in the corner and didnt have any more darting then when i had them on. i actuall broke the front of them off of one skis and replaced them and then broke it again, so i just pulled it off...
im with you on that one i spray my seat with son of a gun a few times each season, makes it nice and smooth sliding from side to side and looks nice all shined up
