I don't have a best set-up! Haha. I just want to see this thing for myself. You BETTER be on your best set up if your going to F around on little saint with that crew. I have not participated but i think I know a few of the crew and they have some fast iron. I believe a few ran at bents last year. As far as the boost goes if I had to guess he has it "ready this year" maybe different parts then last year? Guessing
I have the desire to modify my sled to my satisfaction. I will never be a super competitive fast mfer.
Will I go to events and have fun. Absolutely
Josh knows no boundaries. Lol. Him & his buddies are sick...I have seen a very well setup N/A 850 Polaris that was very quick and impressive in 660' so I have no doubt a very well setup and tuned++ Boost would be an absolute rocket in 660 - 1000'
I can't wait to roll with this thing to see what it has.

Old forge NY we have a “hot dogs for hero’s” event on one of the first 4 lakes normally 4th lake. They accept donations for all the local first responders there and Free hot dogs, and usually others kick in some other stuff if doable, big bon fire and drinks and they clean off a strip and flag races all afternoon till 3 or 4. Just hop in line and go. Last year was little slushy but they had the section packed pretty well where racing was. Year before it was just slop not much racing but the previous several were all straight ice as far as you can see, and when start gets messed up much they move over to another spot they have prepped.
All are welcome to come have fun, whenever they announce when it is I’ll post it up! Usually lot of drag only sleds in sheep’s clothing too, to hold your own with what we have is impressive even with a 2 stroke if we’re trail ready.
That said I’d love to have a quick release front (skis) and rear (rear scissor) limiter straps to suck sled down when you got to something like that and then pop them off and ride home lol

Love all this racing trash talk, it's what gets many exited about racing sleds at 500, 600 1000 1300 or just WOT for miles!
Still remember back many years ago when a few around here had held 1000' records with their Bender/FFP turbo running over 160mph. Fast forward to full mods now doing that in 500'. Crazy amount of expertise and passion and I just Love it!!

For some reason I get an immediate adrenaline rush lining up for the very first time, on that given day.
I like to sit down at a grille/eatery and let the games begin. Lol.
I open my eyes really wide and say "ok, who's got the fast one?!?!" Or "well well, what do we have here?!?!" Lol. Then they usually start smiling and say, "well...." Then they look at each and start telling stories. Lol.
Works most every time....
Or you can do it the easy way. You spill off on a lake and see a pile of guys. You kind of know what they're up to.

LolTrailleader has something to prove. We challenged him last year with his videos and the sleds specific ability to 660', and I for one feel that's all it could do. To his credit he accomplished the goal of an extremely fast 660' sled.
This year he stepped up his game. Lol.
He will not bring a trail sled out with me fill it up with pump gas and compete with me. I'm 100% ok with that.
What he will do, is absolutely destroy me at any level in terms of raw acceleration. But, I don't see any other members willing to play. Pride and ego keeps them on the porch.
He won't be playing the on-off throttle, let me get ahead and then stab it while he's behind. As he doesn't have enough power nor is the distance there.
As far as being schooled? That's not going to happen either. Being schooled is more or less about being lied to. He don't have game for that.
A fully ported Big bore (909cc) running 9 lb of boost. Either meth injected or intercooled will show up.
Not afraid even a little....
You have to beat my 998 first
The boost is faster

Hmm...well, I had my heart set on facing off against the fastest boost in the country. You know, the one that was going to zig zag around me at a buck 20+. What about your drone, is that broke too?Lol

And now you're going to bring your thundercat and a gaggle of goons that have been preparing, under your tutelage for years. Against my first year out, not completely set up winder. That's fine, josh...if that's all you have ready.
The whole thing sucks....

Thank God....made a trip to Delaware to visit buds, enjoy some riding (motorcycle)& blue crab.
Climbed the drone up 75' +/- and she did a fly away, right into a clump of pines. Took a while to find her, she definitely needs work.

My money is on the 700! Where and when is this race going to be?Oh JT your gonna get F'n schooled here no matter what you do roll on or not.... Josh will drive away once, let you catch him and grab another handful and drive away again.... I've played this game before with a stock little 600 against a modded 1000 and a guy that thought he was "all that". I even gave him the hit!
I know how this will end.... Tail between your legs is all I can say, It ain't gonna be pretty for you trail ridden 998 guys. 998's are not that fast on the timers in 660 or 1000 foot, even with the proper setup in them, which you REALLY don't have JT! You got a decently quick trail sled, thats all you have! Just cause it has a turbo doesn't make it magically quick or fast!
We need snow and fast so you quit this internet racing and callouts....
If your really going to do this I got $5000 on Josh. Might as well make it like Street Outlaws JJ Da Boss would and gamble since we cant ride without snow. I want to get in on this too, I got a little 700 Cat Improver that I says schools ya in a drag race, I'll put $5000 on that for the win too, or better yet we'll do pink slips. I don't want Josh to have all the fun!

Is it worth it to accurately test on semi frozen ground? I'm trying to simulate snowpack situation.
