I get that. After having a tuned SW it would be hard to settle for anything less. Those 23 SRXs look great and power steering will be the icing on the cake.HaHa. I told my wife its staying stock so she can ride it. I guess it depends on what I do with my current 17 if I sell it or keep it.
I like the power I have now, and don't intend to ride on any less HP if that answers things. I love my 17, but would really like the Power Steering with my bad elbows and shoulders, don't get me wrong, my 17 steers fantastic and I have no complaints whatsoever, just looking for something new/different and want to try the EPS version, and the other brands don't have what I'm after, so its gotta be another Winder or Cat.

I think the 23 is the best looking SRX ever offered.

No confirmation on sled for me ( second year not getting one that I tried to order ) . Dealer basically told me if you not confirmed now you won’t be getting a sled unless someone backs out . I’m guessing sleds will come up for sale from dealers come next year in December . Gets a little frustrating when I know I can get a thunder cat or Polaris if I order one .

I like it, but not a big fan of white.
Personally I prefer the blue/black mix over the blue/white mix.
However, if both these machines were travelling at the kind of speeds you like, it'd be hard to tell them apart.

I know people who are still waiting on some Polaris units. I believe each Polaris dealer got "X" amount of units to sell and most are sold. Maybe not the one you want.
I am willing to bet the Thundercats are all spoken for--even though the official ordering period has not started yet

I interpret the email from Yamaha , as I will be notified yes or no of availability or going on a list .No confirmation on sled for me ( second year not getting one that I tried to order ) . Dealer basically told me if you not confirmed now you won’t be getting a sled unless someone backs out . I’m guessing sleds will come up for sale from dealers come next year in December . Gets a little frustrating when I know I can get a thunder cat or Polaris if I order one . Really have to consider come next year ordering sled time to pick a couple different options and what ever comes in take it and eat the deposit, as I can’t rely on ordering a sled in the first couple hrs of program on line .
"A little frustrating " maybe one of biggest understatements of the past 2 years !
To have been , as we appear to have been , left out 2 years in a row , does not seem appropriate . Choosing my words very carefully .
I have not closed the book on this situation yet .
I was so sure that I was going to get a 23 SRX with power steering , that I had convinced myself that driving my first BLUE Yamaha sled was going to be ok .
Maybe there was a typo and they meant 48 days instead of hours .

My neighbor who I can see from my front window, is a Polaris & cat dealer.. lol to order a 24 sled won’t be a problem, he keeps bugging me to order one from him . I have rode all the current 2 strokes , if I had pick one it be xcr with the 7s gps just needs the ski lift fixed . The thunder cat , I’m mostly turned off by the graphics .But can you?

Just got off the phone with my dealer.
The final date to enter was April 6th. Anyone who got a reservation number will eventually get an email stating if they did or didn't end up with a 2023 sled. Anyone who had their 2022 spring ordered sled cancelled by yamaha(me) will not be prioritized for a 2023. Extremely disappointed to hear that.

I find it completely unfathomable that Yamaha would choose to treat their most loyal customers that way and not give any priority to the guys that had their 2022 spring ordered sleds canceled. I guess that's the current leaderships decision and speaks volumes on the direction they're headed.Anyone who had their 2022 spring ordered sled cancelled by yamaha(me) will not be prioritized for a 2023. I am hoping that this is not true , as it defies common sense !!!!!I find that completely unfathomable that Yamaha would choose to treat their most loyal customers that way and not give any priority to the guys that had their 2022 spring ordered sleds canceled. Not sure how much common sense is left in the world today !
I am of the belief , that if info doesn't come directly from Yamaha , then it possibly/probably/ usually not valid !
I don't get why they put that 48 hour response info on the original email .
I don't think anyone got a confirmation within 48 hours.
So not even Yamaha can be trusted all the time .
