What material and is the tolerance same as original unworn bushing? Lastly how much$?The bushing is skf pcz1616e
It's need a bit of machining as it is to wide, you need to make it 1mm less wide. It is 25.5 wide and you want it to be 24.5mm
Thank You. Always appreciate those who take the time to help and especially with pictures!

You guys that want to keep wobble bearing can go with skf 22206e 9500rpm, static 64000 newton
Johan, are you gonna try a roller bearing?

I think the bushing is much much better. Fits much better on shaft to and the data on it looks really good.

It looks as it is same materials but better fit. It cost like 7-8dollars. Gona switch out the bushing in secondary and primary to, The bushing in the secondary cost 5 dollar.
Those stock clutch bushings last forever in almost every sled I have seen. I would not replace those unless obviously chewed up. They are supposed to be sloppy fit.It looks as it is same materials but better fit. It cost like 7-8dollars. This is the difference between SKF and the cheap chinese bearing removed from my 2016... Easy to find which one is the SKF!

This is what I ordered...my bottom bearing is prob good but going to replace anyway. I’m going with the FAG bearing Mr Sled recommended...BTW prices are Canadian.

Be aware that the Mr Sled bearing is a C3 bearing... this mean that the internal play between the balls and the internal/external cage if greater than normal. This is not the best choice for this application. C3 bearing is normally used in HOT environement. Using this type of bearing CAN result in prematuraly bearing fail.
I have 2 of them for sell if someone is interrested...

Quote from Mr Sled about the FAG bearing...
“I had mine done at my dealer and they did not want me to have any more issues. They brought in a bearing guy and this was the best bearing on the market for that application.”
You have different research?
Keep in mind I got almost 7000mi on mine before replacing everything and all parts other than top gear bushing which is shot yearly looked brand new.
