The main two sizes used throughout the skid:
M10X60
M10X100
Tunnel mounting bolts
M10X50

Thank you. I think someone said they should be a grade 10 bolt. All I need to do it convert to US and I am good to go.

10.9 class is the metric strength you need.

Can someone please give me the scoop on the limiter strap position----Need to know how some of you have your skids set!! I have got the general idea on the revolver adjustments but still have no idea on weather or not to leave the front end strap loose. I also need to know track tension!! I would greatly appreciate any help!!

I left my strap in the stock position. Run the track until it ratchets then tighten it up a full turn or two.

I set my track tension to ADB spec almost tight when skid is 70 degrees to the hyfax. In the cold it will have about 1" of sag. Works perfect.

Couple problems in the last couple days. I have noticed some vibration in my right foot under speed this year, not sure if it is related to anything but I had a couple things go wrong. Last night I was getting a ratchet and took the sled in the garage to adjust track tension. The left adjustment would not tighten the track. I pulled the skid and found the aluminum threaded block was stripped out. I think I may have done that in my preseason prep. I was having trouble with one of the sides not going back together and I think I cranked on the bolt to hard. I found that some of the threads on the bolt were damaged, and I probably forced those into the block and stripped it. 9 times out of 10 the force it method does not work I ordered new bolts nuts and blocks for both sides.
In the meantime, I threw a nut on the back of the block and screwed the bolt into it. This allowed me to still ride and get good tension. Went for a ride today and 60 miles in I was about to go around a corner and the track locked up. Looked and saw the skid sitting on top of the knobs on the track. I fought with it for almost two hours. I removed the left rear wheel and was able to get the skid back in position. There was no way I was getting the wheel back on though. I eventually was able to get a bolt back into the axle and rode it home. I have no clue why it happend and it is making me nervous to ride the sled.
I did call AD and they said they never heard of it and have no idea what could cause it.
Thawing everything out now, hopefully I can figure something out.

The track derailed?
Track to loose?
Have not have that happen since the old SRV.

Found the problem. The right track adjuster backed out all the way to the point that I am guessing it snagged the track. Which also means the track was all the way loose on the that side making the track pull to that side. The end of the bolt was deformed and the nylon nut is shot. I can screw it on and off by hand. Put on a good used nylon nut I had and put her back together. Glad I ordered all of the hardware for both sides. No idea why I did not replace these when I went through the skid before the season. I knew they were wearing out
Boston, the Phazer looks awesome with the ZX2! Let us know how she rides.

Put about 20 miles on this weekend in the fields. Went down the trail with about 6" rolls/bumps that was 1,000' long. I went back and forth fast, I could have had a drink the sled was so calm, it was like riding a cloud. Granted, this is only a fraction of what is typically out on the big trails, but still, I like what I see so far.

So I go to pick up the spare parts for my new skids. The guy behind the counter asks me if I needed nuts for the bolts. I said, I didn't think so. Then he says, what thread pitch do you want. I am guessing heavy. Is this correct?

Should be Metric threads on all bolts in the ZX-2 skid.

I know they are metric, but what is the thread pitch?
