Apex does not turnover ?

Hi guys,
I pulled my 06 apex in the garage to do some maintainance and now it won't start?
I can hear the fuel pump kick on and when I turn key to start I get the check engine symbol and the yellow light flashing,not a single click.I checked all the fuses and my connections and I am stumped.? No error codes,and it has started right up for the last couple weeks. I also put jump pack on the battery.Any help would be great!

It turned out to be the fuse box,I wiggled it and it started right up!
2 hrs of frustration Crazy!!!
