Belt problem critique please

I disassembled the primary clutch. The spring was rubbing the clutch. I turned the spring over, I'll see what happens. The mileage is 3,700 km.
Tomorrow I will measure the offset.

Springs are always going to rub, vibrate and wear the paint off. Its not the spring rubbing that caused the belt to break.

I measured the displacement. There were no adjusting washers from the factory. There was a locking ring, I didn't take it off. I removed the 2mm from the rear clutch, but did not remove it from the float. When I put the clutch on, I had a gap of 2 mm, the clutch was floating. In the near future, I will take 2 mm off the float and try again.

The displacement with the washer (as it was from the factory) was ~ 61 mm. After killing 2 mm from the rear clutch, the offset is ~59 mm.

Don't take too much off. Whatever is removed from the back should also be removed on the spacer that slides over the retaining bolt.
2.5mm total is about the max.

I removed 2 mm from the float (it was 4.25 mm, it became 4.05 mm). Do I need to install a standard spring and gears? Or replace only the EPI PURPLE spring with a standard one? Or to see how this assembly will work with the new offset?

I don't understand your math there.
Removing float requires adding shims around the outer spacer.

The secondary clutch plane has been removed by 2 mm.

The offset is now ~59 mm.

I left the locking ring. I installed a clutch, an aluminum sleeve and one 1 mm washer. The belt is flush with the clutch. The offset shows ~ 59 mm.
The clutch has no backlash.
Am I doing something wrong?

You have to measure the difference between where I marked one and two(also add on the width of that washer) and add machinery washers if you want zero float.
