Bolt on power coming?

Anybody else notice this from Chris Reid's blog?

" was totaly ready to ride the new Vector next year but something has come up that really got my attention and I have decided I will once again be on board an Apex. But this one will be special with the addition of a couple of new, soon to be released accessories… (fingers crossed)."

Seems to corroborate, if not confirm, some kind of factory bolt on HP accessory.

Yep, hopefully it's for a Nytro too..

If it's cheap enough, it's going to be a bummer for the aftermarket companies.

One month till September.

Any updates about this YamaCharger?
One month to go before September.
I have my $2200 CDN ready.

dont bet on it..if it sounds too good to be true it is..
besides...why would they submarine their own sales on new machines and shoot themselves in the foot with theyre current warranties ? never happen IMHO

Good point you are most likely correct we won't see a priced right option.
But there are a ton of units out there without warranty already.
Plus a host of power addicts that don't care about warranty.
Maybe this company will sell in aftermarket.
Anyone got an inside scoop?

I feel that $2200CDN for 20-30 HP is way overboard. When piping and porting my old '01 SX700R I paid $835USD + shipping for a set of Bender Pipes that added 25HP and with the porting and other low cost mods I was able to add more than 30 HP to that machine. I would guess total cost was more like $1000USD.

I'm not sceptical about the G-Force invention, only saying the price is too high gaining too little HP.

What i dont understand is why snowmoible kits are sooo expensive..

I purchased a brand new Procharger with brackets, bolts, pulleys etc for my camaro for $1800, I added my own intercooler that only cost me $200 and that sucker is twice the size of anything on a sled..

Where do these companys come up with there pricing.. ?

take a look at the potentially huge size of the market for your mustang or camaro kits...compared to the miniscule amount of sleds who would buy...

Its called volume.

well now the recent 4 yr warranty offer seems to confirm the "too good to be true" theory...no way theyre giving warranties away while selling bolt on power..

the g-force kit is only for the apex, it suppossed to give 20hp, use stock air box and stock injection , some friend tested it last year with good result.
