Well this weekend I finished the Nytro's RS5 Yosh pipe, that was a cake walk compared to the Apex.
Here is the Apex with a RS3 ( might swap it for a RS5 jury is out )
Temp gauge different positions. The plate of aluminium will get trimmed down so it only accommodates just the temp gauge.

Thanks Super Im trying to get the projects complete. Finally my wife's Nytro is DONE. The apex is 90% complete other then making the rear seat supports from aluminium and the temp gauge bracket.
Next project is a engine swap on my case 446. Taking out the 16hp Onan gas engine and putting in a 25hp Lambardini Diesel engine.

WELLL the first test ride was awesome...... THEN THE crap hit the fan. I put it back on the lift dried it out and wanted to go over everything to make sure life was good. AND IT WAS NOT.
Exhaust clamp bolts were 1/4 to long and made nice small tears in my brand new track
Front W arm bolt backed out almost the entire way and the other side lost its nut and dropped the bushing. I really dont understand because I took my time ( 3 months ) and lock tighted EVERYTHING.
Transfer rod lost its front bolt and in doin so lost the bearing in the head.
I would have been better off slapping everything together in a weekend.

Tough luck dude. I've been there too. Just try to rebolt and reloctite. But that's a bummer. But could have been worse I suppose. I think when all bushings are new and everything is so tight like yours is they slowly loosen every time the skid compresses.

Yeah thankfully I'm in Texas for the next two weeks. So I have time to order the lost parts and have them waiting at the house.
