well Im taking off to Kansas for 5 weeks soooooo. I talked to my wife and she is willing to pay half for the new split rail ski's. LOL im a great salesman.

So tomorrow I will order the track , other then a bolt or idler wheel all the parts will be at the house. Then I need to get the two motorcycle, tractor and Nytro out and tarped for a couple days. so I have plenty of room to work.

Nope its 30 in the morning and 70 by the afternoon in kansas... Oh you were talkin about home home. No nothin which I am very glad of. Because I would have been very mad, stuck in a hotel 1500 miles away.

Gotta call pioneer, im pretty sure they sent me one wrong set of bushings. The bushings fit nothing in the rear end.

Why do I never learn. Tearing stuff apart 6mo before your going to put it back together isnt the worst idea in the world.

As many times as I have had my chaincase apart I simply cant remember them anymore. So I use zip ties and pull washers, locks, etc as they come off on the zip tie and set it aside when done. Much faster to replace when you dont have to think about it so much.
When I did my engine pull a few years ago in the RX1 I labeled every bolt in baggies from each subassembly, little over kill but everything went back in so fast and never lost a part!

Oh everything is wired in the order it came off. LOL that doesnt mean I can remember. I need to fire up the shop computer and get the diagrams loaded up.

That is the way to go when you have not memorized the whole assembly, like Kinger I've had most of the sled in pieces more times than I care to remember
