BYPASS VALVE WHERE DOES THE HOSE CONNECT TO?

On a bypass valve, the clear plastic line on the spring side of the diaphram is connected to where? It is a Vortech Bypass valve on a Stage 1 MPI Supercharger on a 2006 Apex mountain. This is about the only part of the install I'm not sure about. Could anyone help me out PLEASE. Only thing stopping me right now. FIRST TIME ON BOOST AND DYING TO TRY.

It must see vacuum, so on the head side of the throttle bodies.
There are 4 nipples, T them all together and hood to Bypass.
