There is definitely something going on with your sled. Check out the link I posted.

If sled is still under warranty your dealer should be dealing with this. Time to really rattle their chain. If they are not mechanically competent I would go elsewhere. Enticeraised brought up some good points. It could even be the waterpump. Everything needs to be checked to make sure nothing is plugged or inoperative.

Thanks much...the sled is under warranty and has just over 300 miles on it. It's overheated from day one and I've tried to fix it with no success.

Thanks...I'll pass this on to the dealer. Another question? Do you guys hear your radiator fans come on or off? Do the fans run for a while after you shut the machine off like my Grizzly? I ask because I've never heard or sean the fan run...

Honestly it looked somewhat clean with one exception...There was some white filmy particles.
Could also be a bad head gasket or cracked head from factory.

You can hear the fan run, and it turns off with the motor. Can you see if the water is moving with rad. cap off and motor running ?

No on both accounts...Can't hear fan run and don't see coolant moving...That's not a good sign.

Are you sure the temp sensor is accurate? Maybe it's out of spec?

Sounds like a factory defect to me... Send it back and start writing letters. My .02

I may be making the trip there if the dealer in southern Maine can't fix. I wish they would just through the tunnel exchanger in and be done with it.

Somethiing doesn't sound right. Could it be a water pump? I'm also wondering about a blown headgasket? Have you checked or someone checked the compression across the cylinders? It is also not good that the sled is overheating that bad that it's boiling over everywhere, you could possibly warp the head etc.

She's at the dealer now and i'll keep everyone posted. I'm making sure they check everything under the sun before I take it back.
