Congratulations. Gonna be a long wait this summer!
I am going to start getting and comparing quotes for a 2021 SE soon.
I have several Yamaha dealers within a 35 mile radius of me.

Did you find much of a difference between dealers?
If you dont mind me asking...Get much off msrp?

Nice.
Looks like the Cat windshield on that machine.

It's the medium windshield that used to be just in the Yamaha accessory catalog. Super nice windshield (I think it looks so much better than the previous medium windshield found on the Sidewinder) and it will accept the Arctic Cat mirrors (there are four mounting bosses marked into the windshield from the factory - drill and go).

I will say the QS3'S are well worth the extra money!!!,I had a 1986 vmax that has the same gold colors i wonder if thats where they got the color scheme from

I have the Cat one that looks very similar, but just noticed that the one on that sled doesn't have the bottom tabs.

T cat same sled less $1000s?
Yamaha comes with longer warranty so once you add in warranty and alot of cat dealers charge freight now as well since the snowmagedon deal started. Also been told hard to get alot off msrp from cat as well since the snowmagedon deal so apparently it ends up very close and some guys dont mind paying a bit more for the nicer color offerings from yamaha

1000.00 off MSRP plus extra 2 years on top of 3. not many dealers here in maine within 100 miles of each other so I did not compare with other dealers.

Last winter, my 19 SRX had zero warranty claims. This year, (second season) I've had about $1000 of work done under warranty. If I'd bought a cat this would have all been out of pocket. Warranty on these sleds pays itself.

The only thing that made the cat more appetizing imo, was their better belt life. Now that the Ultimax xs 825 belt has been discovered this point is moot. My record on an 8jp belt was 104 miles. I've got 1400 miles so far on the Ultimax with lots and lots of long pulls. I can attest, that Ultimax belt is one tough SOB!!
