Feedback from guys running my MPS kit on Sidewinder and Viper has been nothing but praise, so I'm now ready to expand the concept to the the older deltabox chassis sleds that did not have electronic power steering. This was my plan all along, as I had prototype arms made up back in the fall. I installed the kit yesterday on a 2009 Venture GT. Did a little field riding last evening with my son, and as expected steering was a breeze even with limiter straps pulled all the way tight to give it ski pressure. Leaving Thursday night for a trip and plan to put some hard trail miles on the setup. Below is a photo of the test set up.

So.... essentially longer mounts for the tierods for more leverage, if I'm seeing this correctly?

Is the dog included as well?

Travis, I hope you didn't give up on the Nytro one you were working on!

Do you have to bend the tie rod arm for this kit??
From looking at his Pro-Cross chassis kit, new tierods are part of the kit. Of which, have a bend in them by design.

So, I'd say it'll be the same for DB 1 & 2 chassis.

Great idea, but outa my price range for what it is.

Bent tie rods are required on this version as well.

I haven't even released a price for this version yet, so not sure why you have wrote if off already. I anticipate being able to sell these cheaper, as I will sell more of them since they will fit nearly 15 years of production sleds. I have lot less R&D time into this version beings most of the concept legwork was done when I developed it for Sidewinder and Viper.

Guys will spend 230 on snow tracker skags to transform handling on these older sleds so I'm going to target something closer to that price bracket. I value feedback. As an older sled owner what would you pay for a kit that makes your 10 vector steer as easy as your 2015?

Travis, I'm sorry you took my comment offensive on price.

I guess in my situation, it's pricey. Again, just me. But, I don't own either of the snakes either.

Now, if the DB setup is half that price, and it works as good as you say it does, I'd be a buyer.

My sleds handle & steer excellent now, my 15 yr old daughter has no problem on my spare (what she calls "her" '07[emoji16]) but I'd upgrade it for her for $200 no problem.

Furthermore, if the winters here in southern WI stay in this now 4 years in a row #*$&@ pattern, where I'm lucky to get 500 miles a season, my '10 & '07 will be around a LONG time yet.

That sounds awesome and I might check that out. It might even make it possible to get my wife an older vector someday if she decides to get her own sled. So the only downside would be the machine wouldn't turn quite as sharp I would guess ? How much difference does it make on how sharp it turns ? Even though the only time you would notice is in a parking lot or something. It sounds very promising Travis.

I have 2 buds with old RX 1's and Warriors that I've let ride my EPS APEX and I'm sure this would be of huge interest to them and easily worth the $200 - 300 for better steering. Please let us know when ready for launch.
