Any feedback on the zero iQS shocks on the 2019 SRX or L-TX LE. Looking to spring power check a 2020, and narrowed down to the L-TX LE or L-TX GT, with the main difference being the remote control on the LE.

Had a long talk with Tech....Only issue they saw was some controls units froze up this season early on. He actually had several do it which was odd. YAM replaced them and all has been good since.
Basically the shocks are same between the GT and SRX/LE and will feel the same when it comes to ride Quality. Difference is one uses an electronic way of changing the 3 compression settings, and the other uses the manual knob/lever to change settings.
Switching on the fly is super nice for not having to stop and you will likely make changes alot more often, just cause you can. For 2020 one drawback has been removed, where you could not have different settings between fronts and rear. Now you have two custom settings for this. Nice.
For me it comes down to possible issues if it stops working, and also abit more work removing skid, and I just feel like the price JUMP is too much. GT is actually a really nice sled for the money.
It's too bad YAM has completely taken away our top dog QS3r shocks at all 3 locations and a Qs3 Kashima in center location. Now with 2020 only can have Qs3 at 3 locations, which have smaller diameter bodies and smaller diameter shafts.

Dan which 2019s had the QS3r ? I have been trying to locate spec or literature that document this but I can't find any reference to this except forum comments? This was important since I was still considering a 2019.

Thanks for all the feedback. I'm working on my 2008 Apex LTX GT anniversary, and am floored by the $1000.00 price tag for the replacement EC unit. If the new controller with the fox shocks are durable, then it would be nice to be able to adjust the shocks on the fly.

I never wanted the electronic shocks when i bought my srx, but i will say i absolutely love them and glad i got them. I switch them on the fly pretty often and its been a nice piece to this sled.

Probably at the 2020 release show. That's where I was told about d1 and d2 settings which could be customized between 5 settings now front and rear indevidually then you've got two presets. Im not sure about the 5 settings but that's what the rep told me.Rockerdan where did you see the info on the 2 custom settings on 2020 IQS

Just saw this on the Snow goer site.
If that wasn’t enough to keep your interest, the company also tweaked its front suspension geometry on most trail sleds (with claims to improve overall handling), revised its iQS system on the Sidewinder SRX LE and L-TX LE to allow separate control of front and rear shock settings; recalibrated ECM settings on SRViper models for added mid-to-top horsepower; revised its X-TX lineup of mountain machines with a longer track, new rear suspension and new skis; and also added push-button starting and tethers to all Sidewinder and SRViper models.
