Few updates: Running Stage 2 Flash, Added a new Yamaha Front Bumper and added my Modified Viper Windshield.
So for 760 miles and the Igrips are doing well. Oils are changed, chain-case tension is now adjusted, track tension is checked and reset. I did have 2 out of 3 rollers with flat spots. Those will be going into Yamaha for Warranty.
I also have some shock settings and set up that I have been messing with and when I get that to my liking I will post those as well.

Good looking sled my friend. I think it would look better sitting on some white stuff instead of the stand.

Nice windshield trim job. Do you know how much the chain case tensioner was turned?

I turned it in maybe 2 1/2 full turns until finger tight and then back out to the recommended 1 1/2 turns.Nice windshield trim job. Do you know how much the chain case tensioner was turned?
No belt issues at all. Very little belt dust with stock belt. I am currently running an Ulmer Clutch kit.Any belt issues? Or bind? Are you running stock clutching?

Is that the stock 1.75 track that came with the sled?

Looks great. I also installed that same front bumper on mine. What did u think of those rivets that they give you? Lol what a joke. You have to be superman or have a huge rivet gun to make them work. I finally cut them off and used small bolts instead. Not impressed.

I agree, even when you do get them to crimp with a good riveter that don't pull tight.
