Help! Loosing boost at high altitudes!

Ok I just finally finished doing a pressure test. Capped off intake and exhaust and hooked up an air supply with a regulator that was set to 20 psi.
Here is my results. Yes in fact I do have the smallest leak on the plenum right side mounting bolt. Like I found when I was in the mountains. Will try and repair. Also many air leaks on my exhaust side! Almost every connection would this cause a loss of boost? I could see if affecting it slightly but not the the extent of losing it completely. I will attempt to attach a vid to show you guys the leaks from the exhaust and the plenum bolt. Let me know if it works!

Ok sorry I can't get the video to work. But to sum it up there was a great amount of bubbles coming from the exhaust connections to the turbo. And if you watched the plenum bolt carefully you could see very small bubbles starting to form. All other lines seemed good!

Hey guys,
Does anyone have problems getting the updated copper exhaust donuts to seal? I am tring to get the dam things to seal but they just won't. Cleaned them up, and i was going to try lap them together, but every time I hook them up and pressure test I always have bubbles(leaks). Has anyone go back to the original donuts? Now come to think of it, when i first installed the copper washers that was the year that i started getting boosting problems.

Grind off a couple millimeters on the spacers so the clamps seals better.

I also found that its best to not tighten any other exhaust parts before the clamps is installed.

Yeah I tried to get it tighter with out the spacers. I did also try just holding the flex pipe tight against the y pipe then tighten the clamp before bolting everything to the head. But still no luck. The y pipe does have some pits in it that I tried to buff out, but I didnt want too take much off the mating flange. I will try lapping them together and see how that works!

So I lapped the copper donuts to the pipes and it work awesome!!! You could see the nice tight sealing surface across the whole face of the flares when i was done. Pressure tested and everything seem sealed and tight!!! Hope for the best.
