I know someone on here knows where to get HID light kit for 2014 viper. Any help wod be great

Go with Rockmeister's HID Kit. Put it in my XTX last year and once I did i lead the pack every night back to the cabin.

Ddm tuning is another option, prices are extremely cheap with lots of great reviews from members on here and other forums. $77 cnd for my nytro wih h4 hi/lo kit and ballast mounts.

Plug and play, no cutting or splicing!

We can get you a set of HID's for $99 shipped in the US. They come with a 1 year warranty we just need to know what the oem bulb number is.

Does anyone know if the kit on sledstart.com is Rock's kit or is it a different one?

Rock's appears to be different and less money than the Sledstart. Not direct from China like the DDM. I have a lot of the DDM's from before I knew of Rock. They are pretty decent, but the color temp varies, customer service sucks, and they are said to have exceptionally high inrush current.

I'm sticking with Rock's from here on out. Supporting vendor of this site helps as well.

Thanks TD Max.

My 2012 GMC has 2 different color temps and it drives me nuts. I've only ever ordered two colors from DDM and the second one is 3000k (mistake) that are a phony looking piss yellow and have been set aside.

does anyone know if the Sledstart Nytro kit will fit in my New SR VIper?? shame to spend another 200 when i have a sled with them already thats going up for sale...

Ddm has a lifetime warranty, I know they are not a site supporter but many members on ty are satisfied users, including myself. Some people have had issues like yourself, send part back and they'll send you a replacement part for free. Many miles have been logged, and issues are kicking around with the $250 kits as well. In the end buy what you wish, it's a free country, just trying to make people aware of the choices before they spend $$$

x2 for the DDM kits. Many of them purchased over the last 10 years and the lifetime warranty is great. Bikes, quads, sleds - our whole group runs them. I sent DDM a request to become a sponsor and got a reply that they would look into it as well as some specific support for sleds, so that would be cool to see.

I prefer the 55 watt kit to the 35 watt kit (a lot more light) and I also prefer the 6000 color to the 4300. I realize the idea behind the 4300 on snow at night, however the 6000 in my opinion shows much better during the day (very unnatural looking in the woods) and every bit as bright during the night.

35 watt, 4300k on my nytro. I can't see a difference between 35 and 55 watt kits, that's just me however.

Blue is not for me, but that's just personal preference. Be careful with 55watt and the heat it puts out for certain headlight housings, can sometimes melt the plastic lens, although it looks as though it's safe for vipers since you are running them
