Thanks! I have to go to the hardware store for a few other things anyhow so I will be sure to pick up a 1 5/8 coupler and put a cpl notches in it. I am not planing on needing it but whats another 60 cents lol. There is only 1 problem with that I see. The sledstart lights have the cord coming out of the side and I'm sure it would be in the way. I am guessing rocz comes out of the end? I might be able to cut a large channel in the side that would leave space for the cord. I'll give it a go. Not much to lose if it does not work.

Got them off amazon. Tried them tonite and they were awesome ,plug and play,no ballasts to mount no extra wires,my only suggestion when looking for LEDs is to get the type that have led on both sides of the stem,I have these and they work great!Where did you get the cree LEDs from? And what kind exactly highly interested in led

Installed a set from Rock in my Warrior 8 or 9 years ago 15,000ish miles later they work perfect. Installed the new ones from Rock that get their power from the headlight plug two years ago in my Apex and love them. Is nice to see in the dark kike its daylight out.

does the led light actually produce more light and put it on the ground really well or is it same as stock but slightly different color ? Because it's hard to tell in picture but the stock looks like more light on the ground

If you look at the pictures you will see I did a bad job of taking the pics from the same spot,I was much closer in the after picture not allowing you to see how the light floods the area,I lined it up with a 2014 skidoo and the light was deffinatly brighter than the doo,I don't know how they would compare to a HID set up,buts it's an improvement over stock.

I have Rock's HID kit and it Rocks! (Pun intended LOL!) Kurt from Sled Start also makes an excellent HID kit. Both Rocz Toyz & Sled Start have kits that plug into the existing headlight connectors and are both plug & play. Both Kurt & Rock offer outstanding customer support and both are TY members & advertisers.
You can buy cheaper HID kits but some are not as suitable for use in a sled. Both Kurt & Rock have done extensive testing and have specified exacting standards from their vendors to make their kits ideally suited for the demands of a snowmobile application.

Sled Start is NOT an advertiser or a member on this site. Talk to Rock... Rocks are cheaper for the same or better product.

Thanks Tom for setting the record straight. I simply assumed that Kurt was a TY member and advertiser since I had originally found him through TY somehow. I should have confirmed this before posting.
