Maybe loose battery cables or i think some sleds last year had a connector loose and wouldn't charge battery, not sure witch one but was in nose of sled if i remember correctly, hour meter shows boost on dash when started on new tunes not voltageI started a friend's srx and noticed the volt gauge fluctuating at idle. Thought it was odd.

My 240 stock muffler flash required a 3 bar sensor..?Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't the 240SS tune require a 3 bar, where the 240SM tune does not?

The ss sm tune all run 3 bar
I beleive first gen of sm tunes were 2 bar and 3bar was developed a little later
When I first got my sm tune bundle early last season it used the stock map sensor later in season I add the 3 bar sm tunes to mine!!
You can still get the sm tune with stock map sensor or the tunes that requires 3 bar
Still lots of guys running the stock sensor on the pm tunes(240 270 290)

I
I have to Call Dave monday and I'll bring this up and get back to you
Maybe with multiple slugs so they lock in? With just the one slug I would rather it tight that way there is no chance of it moving.Really I was told at dave shop to do this I guess it doesn't matter

I always thought that you could move the slug to the pin or tip depending on where you needed the weight?
