Yes frustrating. Last I heard was its temperature related.I am aware of the sleds that the knock protection is activated constantly while driving at wot. We have tried lower Hp flashes like the 225hp flash with no difference. As we work closely with the dealer through diagnostics, we have narrowed the search down to suspect something in the motor . They have swapped near everything else from a known good sled including the flashed Ecu.
I have not been willing to turn down the knock sensitivity for fear of engine damage as a result until we can get a confirmation of the cause.
We however know for sure that the knock is NOT flash related. I kind of wish it was. I could fix that easier

I hope you guys can figure it out but as far as the 3 sleds I did with Hurricane are flawless. Mine did 132 mph last time out and also laying 300kms of track on 290hp all day with not one hiccup. I must say this sled is the best sled that I have owned out of every YAMAHA SS,VMAX,SRVIPER,VIPER,SRX,APEX they were all good But this one Rocks.

We’ve swapped clutches,ecu knock sensor,etc
My 2002 SRX with DCS was very sensitive to triggering the detonation system.
Things I found that created FALSE warnings[some pretty obvious]:
-broken or loose motor mounts
-loose exhaust pipes from springs or mount issues
-leaking exhaust gaskets
-primary clutch wear issues
-heavy load on acceleration...no track spin
And sometimes the DCS would trigger for no obvious reason no matter what I did!
Good luck
