The VinnyFab 3" muffler is quieter at idle than a 2.5" Hurricane Trail muffler, but ever so slightly louder at full whack and deeper toned. I use earplugs with either muffler, so may as well run a larger one. Surprisingly quiet for a 3" muffler! The VinnyFab is my favorite aftermarket muffler for sure.
My bud has a 3" Sandale and its too obnoxious and loud for my taste, if he doesn't wear earplugs he gets a headache. I tired a 3.5" Sandale Outlaw 1 for one day and had to take it off, couldn't stand it and IMO its the same level of loud as the 3" Sandale of my buds. I dont like loud mufflers!

Mike, for personal reasons I went 3"SQ. If it's too loud for my liking during trial rides, I'll set the sled up with two different riding set ups. Going to stud the sled for drag racing as well.
The nice thing about the jukebox is click! click! click!
Muffler, helix, spring & studs will take 2hrs to switch out.
I'm most excited to see if Ecotrail can legitimately run on 87 pump. Or a batch of crap fuel. And not have to hold back.
You know, I make a bet you've been doing it for 50yrs. Nothing new.

That's a good one. Yes, originally he built the SQ product for TD. Now someone else is doing it. But he has the material in-house and ready to make.

Aren't all the front mounts basically a 3" core? I bet pefi & hurricane use more of a taller core and the tank angles cuz some of the fitment issues. In the end, it's just a little trim work. No biggie.

The hurricane was more then a little.. Im not ripping him or the product but the average guy is not going to go thought this much detailed plastics work.. Its very tight and the hood is TIGHT going back on after .. Only way you can tell is mine is not black otherwise it looks factory, but it took some time and patients. The tabs that came on the hurricane do nothing and don't match up for installment. I took them off.. As I said hurricane is a good vendor and makes good product but the version of intercooler I got was not just a little trimming by any means..
He used to make them for TD and TD sold them as the 3 inch viney fab. When he stopped making them, they started making their own and Call it the 3 inch superquiet. Exact same magnaflow muffler just the mounts aren’t as nice as what Kyle does on his.

Vinny used to sell the 3" exhausts to TD back a few years ago, TD has since decided to build what they call the SQ 3", not sure if they are doing it in house or having someone else doing it.
Which leads me to the question of why haven't we seen TD Ben posting anywhere for a few years now? There was a time where you couldn't shut the obnoxious dude Ben up, now he just fell off the map and posts no where. Did he get sick or has something happen to him or what? Not that I want to see his BS back, but just curious how he could just fall off the face of the earth so quickly, fast and suddenly.
