Well, I couldn't wait so I went to the garage and installed the clutch kit, shim kit, 8DN belt, OSP Belt Adjuster and RAM GPS mount
These are Ulmer Racing flyweights
Stock vs Ulmer flyweights
Installed
New OYO spring, stock to the right. It's slightly longer
New red spring, and it's slightly longer than the stock one. The diameter is same on both
New helix, to the right. Ulmer's helix has slightly more space for the spring compared to the stock helix
Added the Schmidt Bros roller shims. They do take out quite a bit of slop from the roller bolt & nut.
Took off the secondary and removed the three bolt from the inside, the shaves closes completely, and installed the new helix and spring and the OSP Belt Adjuster together with the 8DN belt
This is how my belt sits on the secondary now. I haven't adjusted any further and haven't let her run to let the belt set itself
I have this on the left side panel in front of the clutches, is this vent there stock?
I took off my GPS mount from my Nytro and put it on the Viper. I had to move the brake handle a bit to make it fit (not a lot of space on these handle bars!)
Now waiting for my Curves to arrive

Here is a short video of the Schmidt Bros quiet shims. They go on the roller bolt & nut. Quite a bit difference in the bolt movement / slack.
