New 8JP belt looks like 8DN, are they interchangeable?

Looked at your website and shipping + duties + exchange rate gets pretty costly. Need to find someone local that carries it, so far coming up empty here???

I am interested in purchasing one of these too. I am also in Ontario.
Is there much difference in price for an 8DN vs. 8JP?
I'm pretty sure it's an 8DN belt on the sled now, and I have a new 8DN ready to go.
I'd switch the the 8JP with adjuster to get the best performance out of the belt/sled

The 8JP is gonna run about 30-40% more than a 8DN, here in the states the 8DN can be found for about $50 bucks and the 8JP is running about $85.

Couldn't agree more with Cannondale, stick with the 8JP stock belt....the 8DN belt is too hard and causes problems with varying rpms.

Gates has come out with a new belt that we have tried and tested with great results, plus the belt is a good price at $84.50
The belt is called "Redline" and is 40R4313

I've run the 8DN the past 2 seasons, don't notice much difference between the 2 but the 8JP makes a hell of a mess. Both feel like the performance is "Numb" compared to the Gates Carbon. Loved the Carbon until it exploded with no warning with 1500 miles on it and I spend an hour picking/cutting all that crap out of my clutches before I could continue on. I might give that Redline a try.

Tested on asphalt this past fall and ran almost 140mph on both winders.

Made test passes on Saturday with zero issues. The Redline belt performs just the same as the 8JP...but is supposed to handle more heat.
