01/13/2015 - Pioneer Performance (716-496-8800) is now handling this kit, ask for "clutching on the cheap" NOS-PRO, or Stingray mod clutch, its the same thing.
1. New 8fp weights, 3.6 gram rivet, GWG spring, spring shims, $178.32
2. Same as above with 45/39 helix $263.27
NOTE: Helix has spring pocket cut to eliminate coil spring bind, no machining of secondary's is needed to prevent spring bind in the secondary clutch.
Shipping to Canada available
Prices at time of posting, subject to change.

Is the kit for use with the stock Viper belt exclusively or can it be used with the 8DN? If it can be used with the 8DN, will modifications to the kit be required?

You can use it with the 8jp belt but if you are upgrading you really should use the 8dn. No modifications to the kit to run 8DN belt.

Stingray, I thought it was a46-40 helix. Is 45-39 any better?

How many shims come with the kit? Just curious.

Should be the glide washer kit with 5 washers each measuring a hair over 1mm, but ask them when you call.

Would that helix or the factory helix be better for low elevation mountain sleds ( stock 153 ). Fred

I have not tested it myself in the mountains, but NOS-PRO (Terry) ran that helix when he was here in Colorado last Thanksgiving. Terry can you answer this one please?
