Plug change on Apex

why are you changing out the plugs so soon? I'm a rookie to the forum so for all I know people have been having good luck with a different type of plug/gap

I am past being a newbie and I wonder why Scott is changing plugs too.

Scott, did you take off the sheetmetal bracket that the windshied and gauge pod mount to? It is like 4 or 6 10MM bolts and it opens up that whole area pretty good.

This is definetly the best way to access the plugs or anything else in this area. I find it is easier to just unbolt the black metal bracket and remove the bracket with the headlight/gauge pod still attached to the bracket.

So cr 10 ek are worth 3 HP ! Wow, thats impressive. Is that just a different heat range than stock or are there other differences? Any negatives to running them?

1 heat range colder and a dual electrode plug. The only downfall is they don't come with the threaded caps needed for the Apex plug boot. I should have sets available later this week.
