Saw this in a norwegian sled mag recently as well. This one is running at 2 bar pressure, which related to 29 psi. It's sick! Just to give some comparison, a Porsche 911 Turbo runs at 0.8 bar pressure, and the most powerful Porsche, the 911 GT2 RS runs at 1.6 bar.

According to the article, they have only changed the cams and to stiffer valve springs.

The mounting and the positioning of some components are a bit "prototypeish" simply because this is a prototype for turbo development.
 
But, adding a turbo to a Ski-Doo doesn't really make it more reliable, doesn't get my vote ;)!
