Skinz concept 36" -5" forward

Interesting design, reminds me of the Cat type front suspension on the older M series sleds. Seems like you'd get to a point of diminishing returns on the upper shock mount. They were designed to handle the loads with the shock mounted perpendicular to the subframe. The further forward they sweep the a-arms, the more the shock is angled. The shock mounts on my Polaris or a Cat are canted at the same angle of the shock.

Pre production set, limited details.

I've been researching in a couple different directions and don't really have much more information for anyone.

Like I said, if I come up with something worth sharing I will.

This kind of news is what I need, have been riding my extended RTX and likes everything except that it is difficult on the side hill and hard to turn in the forest. Tried the RMK and it is "flickable" and it almost made me whant to jump the ship. But then I saw some Nytro turbo vids and it sure looks like fun.

This might be what I need ;)!

The 39" skinz concept will help with those problems. A lot.

I wonder if 36" will be even better, or if it gets too narrow.. We'll see ;)!

I am already at 36" because that is what you get with the 39" Skinz front end and stock ski at full narrow. Sled becomes even easier to flick and I can't say there are any drawbacks in the powder. It does become more nervous on the trail, but this means nothing.
